Man, things have changed since I started playing Nintendo when it first came out. I was addicted to Mario Bros. I haven’t played with the wii yet ’cause I’m afraid if I do…that’s all I’ll do…lol.
I noticed so many sports games for the Wii. I have played Wii and I do like it. I just am concerned are we going to turn the next generation of kids into couch potatoes even more.
I am a huge advocate of fresh air and exersize. I just cringe that our future generations may never venture outdoors with all the tech. advancements of today.
I have to admit the Wii is very addictive. We have a family Wii night where we have a little mini competition – it is great to turn the tv off for the night and have some family fun!!
I Have to admit that I love Wii. I have always used my body when playing these games and everyone has had a great laugh at me doing so. Now with Wii all those years of leaning side to side to control my player comes in handy. Yes there is a time and place for indoor activities but for those times Wii is simply the best. What a fabulously fun workout!!!
Great info!
I am wondering, do kids or adults even, get some amount of exercise when playing Wii?
I love the Wii. My kids and I play Golf all of the time. There are some great games and they actually get you up off your butt!
Great Post. Out of all of the game consoles available today, the Wii looks the most interesting to me. By combining movement with the standard controller functions, they have created a system that resembles actual game play. Truly innovative.
